Without a functioning treatment plant, it was not possible to continue operating the resort.

However, our Australian partners from PROTEX WATER, in an extremely short time, prepared a project for a fully equipped and insulated containerised WWTP, which could be easily assembled on site on a minimal footprint.

We then had only 2 weeks to manufacture two units of the 3D38C-100K blower unit, equipped with external suction. Better to say 9 working days, including packing, customs procedure and preparation for shipment.

Today, the blowers are already fulfilling their function as the main air sources for the WWTP at an altitude of 1770 m above sea level, and the site is back in full operation.

This project confirms once again that KUBÍČEK is a reliable partner for the supply of quality blowers worldwide.

The reconstruction of the trout fish centre in Velké Meziříčí, which was undertaken by Rybářství Kolář, is still in its initial phase, but the blowers, as the main consumer of electricity, were among the first to come on line. The centre focuses on salmon fish farming. In recent years, they have concentrated on breeding Alsatian whitefish, which are a cross between American and Acadian whitefish.

We are replacing the less efficient side channel blowers with modern KUBÍČEK ROOTS blowers in stainless steel acoustic enclosures designed for outdoor installations.

The new blowers type 3D45C-150E (18,5 kW), equipped with motors with increased efficiency are sized to serve in the future also the tanks with increased water level.

The new small portable 3D19S-050E (1.5 kW) with 230V motor will be used to aerate circular tanks and troughs or wherever needed.

We have achieved an immediate 50% reduction in the energy consumption.

Article Fishery Kolář, a. s. – Trout centre Velké Meziříčí first appeared on Kubíček VHS.

The increased noise level, which reached up to 85 dB in the area of the WWTP, was repeatedly the subject of complaints from local residents, as the WWTP is located close to the housing estate.

The main cause of these high values was the inadequate damping of the pulsations in the discharge silencers of the blower units, which come from another manufacturer.

After examining the situation at the WWTP, we proposed the use of additional KUBÍČEK DN150 silencers, in all stainless version, each with an effective length of 1500 mm.

The design of these silencers is absorptive, where the internal composition of the silencing liner prevents degradation and “loss” of material, thus ensuring unlimited life and efficiency across the entire spectrum of blower regulation.

As a result, the noise level in the area in front of the WWTP was reduced by up to 45 dB!!!

The silencers were installed directly into the pipe line, as close to the blowers as possible. The connection was made by means of flexible compensators with metal casing.

The noise problem has been solved and we have another successful reference and satisfied customer behind us.

In December 2023, two 3D80C-300E blowers, powered by a 110 kW motor, were commissioned with a stainless steel noise enclosure at the wastewater treatment plant in the town of Zvjagel (Zhytomyr region) in Ukraine.

The blowers were supplied to “Energy Saving Technologies, Kiev, Ukraine” and commissioning was carried out by our official service partner, “EKVIK Ukraine”

They are absorption silencers, where the internal composition of the silencing insert prevents degradation and “loss” of material, thus ensuring almost unlimited life and efficiency.

The outer shell of the damper is then always made of stainless steel.

Pipe silencers can be used where higher demands are placed on the soundproofing environment.

They are suitable for use in low/medium pressure pipework with air velocities up to 20 m/s.

By using a silencer, it is possible to suppress unpleasant acoustic resonances, i.e. to change the frequency and level of noise emitted by the pipeline to the surroundings.

Silencers are installed directly in the pipe line, as close as possible to the source of the noise, which is most often other manufacturers’ blowers using chamber silencers.

The ideal connection method is a flexible compensator, which also prevents the transmission of vibrations through the pipe.

The silencers are available in various dimensions from DN50 to DN500.

The growing demand is a result of ever-increasing demands for the lowest possible noise levels in facilities that are often located close to businesses or residential developments.

The CZ Jetpatcher is used to repair bituminous road surfaces. The jet technology guarantees very fast, high quality and inexpensive repairs compared to conventional technologies.

The CZ Jetpatcher is produced as a swap body for trucks with a minimum chassis capacity of 8 t and as a unit for container carriers. In the basic version the possibility of production of 1,8 ; 4-6 m3 hopper.

Mostly DN100 blowers with clockwise rotating shaft are used, supplied including suction damper with filter insert.

Newly this year we have supplied a modified 3D45C (DN150) blower with clockwise rotating shaft and a custom designed suction damper with filter. This blower is driven directly through a flexible clutch by a powerful four-cylinder motor KOHLER KDI 2504 TCR, meeting the “Stage V” emission regulations.

This is a unique concept of a two-stage blower unit 3DPA60BB-200K, Ex II 3/3G c IIC T3 (110 kW) in antistatic design, including stainless steel noise enclosure and integrated heat exchanger of our own production.

The new unit will help to significantly expand the modern hydrogen production line of Spolchemie’s plant in Ústí nad Labem.

Currently, we are focusing most on the state of North Carolina and preferably also on Texas, where, due to the huge increase in residential development projects, there is also an acute need for new wastewater treatment plants.

On September 7, 2023, the Pilsen Zoo officially opened its upgraded chimpanzee habitat. This project included the reconstruction of the separation ditch. In order to be used as a visually attractive water feature, the ditch will also be used by many aquatic animals, such as KOI carp.

For this reason, it is necessary to keep the water in the ditch oxygenated and ensure that it does not freeze during the winter months. This is now ensured by our blower unit 3D28B-080K in a set with a total of 12 pieces of ballasted aeration diffusers.

The specific requirement for this implementation was to achieve the least possible visual disturbance to the exposure and, above all, not to disturb the new waterproofing layer. The air distribution and control valves are thus hidden under the water surface and the weighted aeration elements were placed on the bottom without the need for anchoring.
